- Button Mushroom/ Shiitake mushroom/ Portobello mushroom (either type)
- 1 clove of garlic
- Soya Sauce
Preparation steps:
- Gently wash the mushrooms in salt water
- Slice the mushrooms and rinse
- Chop the garlic till it becomes a fine paste
Cooking steps:
- Poor a little cooking oil into the frying pan and heat till hot
- stir fry the garlic till golden brown
- throw in the mushrooms and cover
- Leave covered till mushroom juicy comes out than add a pinch of salt and 1-2 teaspoons of soya sauce ( depending on preference)
- Done
