Ingredients:
- Thin slices of beef
- Apple cider
- Soya sauce
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Honey optional
Preparing the marinate
- Pour enough apple cider to cover at least 3/4 of the beef
- Sprinkle garlic powder around 2-4 dashes
- Add in 1 tbs. of soya sauce
- Add half or one teaspoon of honey to give a little sweetness to the sauce.
Mix the sauce and garlic thoroughly.
Soak the beef slices in the apple cider for around 10-15 min.

Optional: before frying, you can role the beef slice into a role of ball to ensure outside is cook while inside remains juicy
The beef can then be shallow fried or deep fried...
Best eaten with pan fried onions
